How We Do It

Meet and Greet

Our first step is to meet and greet our potential client, get to know who they are and how they work. This can be done in person, via email, telephone or Skype.

Ascertain Requirements

During the meet and greet we ascertain our client’s exact requirements and source 3 competitive quotes based on their budget and specifications.

Site Inspections

We arrange a site inspection or educational with the service provider in order for the client to see if it will fit with their requirements.

Delegate Management

Once the client has decided on which venue to proceed with, we start with the logistics for the delegates, sourcing accommodation and transportation.


Once all payments have been made we hand over all confirmations to the client.
